Terms and Conditions
These conditions apply to all our offers, supplies and services within Europe. They are intended to provide clarity and transparency.
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions are part of every agreement with Satrado.
By ordering or using our services, you agree to these agreements.
2. Acceptance & Modifications.
We reserve the right to modify these terms if necessary, for example to comply with European legislation or market conditions.
Amended terms and conditions are always published on our website. Further use or ordering means that you agree to the latest version.
3. Use of the Website
Our website is intended as a business platform. You are not allowed to perform activities that interfere with the operation or security of the site.
4. Registration & Account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the access and security of your data.
In the event of misuse or suspected breach, you should notify us immediately.
5. Retention of title
Goods remain the property of Satrado until full payment is received.
This is standard practice in European trade.
In case of non-payment or insolvency, we have the right to take back the goods.
6. Payments
All invoices are payable in advance or no later than delivery.
We do not extend credit or charge interest.
This ensures healthy and transparent cooperation.
7. Delivery & Risk.
Deliveries are made according to agreed deadlines.
Risk passes upon receipt of goods, subject to retention of title.
8. Complaints & Returns
Any visible defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns are only possible after our agreement and according to the agreed procedure.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (texts, images, logos, software) is protected.

This does not include indirect or consequential damages.
We strive for reliability and quality, but we cannot give absolute guarantees.
