FAQ - Delivery

1. How is my transportation cost calculated?
The exact shipping rate is automatically calculated during the checkout process, based on distance, volume and selected delivery method.
2. Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, pickup in our depot or showroom is always free of charge. This can only be done by appointment so that everything is correctly prepared.
3. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In case of visible shipping damage, you must report it within 48h via WhatsApp or our RMA form. Satrado will take full charge of the returns and replacement or refund.
4. Does Satrado also deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe and can also organize export outside the EU via container or express transport. For this we work with recognized logistics partners.
5. Can I choose a specific delivery date or time?
A delivery time can be coordinated in consultation. For standard shipments, an estimated delivery date is communicated; for large deliveries, we plan together with the customer.
